The Shilp Co. (Brand by Kiaah Home Decors LLP) believes in assisting its customers to the greatest extent possible, and thus has a liberal cancellation policy. According to this policy:
- Cancellations will only be considered if made immediately after placing the order. However, if the orders have been communicated to the respected artisans and they have begun the process of shipping them, the cancellation request may be denied.
- Cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers are not accepted by The Shilp Co. (Brand by Kiaah Home Decors LLP). However, if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is poor, a refund or replacement can be issued.
- Please notify our Customer Service team if you receive damaged or defective items. The request, however, will be considered once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his end. This must be reported within seven days of receiving the products.
- If you believe the product you received is not as described on the website or meets your expectations, you must notify our customer service within 7 days of receipt. After reviewing your complaint, the Customer Service Team will make an appropriate decision.
- If the The Shilp Co. (Brand by Kiaah Home Decors LLP) approves a refund, it will take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
